PENERAPAN METODE DEMONSTRASI ALAT PERAGA UNTUK MENINGKATKAN AKTIVITAS DAN HASIL BELAJAR MATEMATIKA MATERI MEMBACA DAN MENULIS LAMBANG BILANGAN PADA SISWA KELAS I SEMESTER II DI SD NEGERI JEMBAYAT 02 TAHUN PELAJARAN 2015/2016

Tujuan Penelitian adalah Untuk meningkatkan aktivitas  dan hasil belajar dengan diterapkannya metode demonstrasi dengan alat peraga pada Siswa I Semester II SD Negeri Jembayat 02 Kecamatan Margasari Kabupaten Tegal Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, yang masing-masing siklus terdiri atas tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini berupa hasil belajar siswa yang diambil melalui tes pada akhir siklus. Hasil Penelitian ini adalah Aktivitas siswa dalam pelaksanaan siklus I pertemuan ke-1 berada pada kriteria aktif, siklus I pertemuan ke-2 berada pada kriteria sangat aktif, siklus II pertemuan ke-1 dan pertemuan ke-2 berada pada kriteria sangat aktif. Hasil penelitian pada kondisi awal diperoleh ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 46.9% (15 siswa), pada siklus I diperoleh ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 68.8% (22 siswa), dan pada siklus II ketuntasan klasikal yang diperoleh adalah 84.4% (27 siswa).

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to improve the activity and learning result by applying the teaching method on Students I Semester II SD Negeri Jembayat 02 Kecamatan Margasari Tegal District in the academic years 2015/2016. This research is a type of classroom action research which conducted in two cycles, each cycle consisting of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The data available in this study is the result of student learning which taken through the test at the end of the cycle. The results of this study are Student Activity in the implementation of the first cycle of the 1st meeting is on the active criterion, the first cycle of the second meeting is on very active criteria, the second cycle of the 1st meeting and the second meeting are on very active criteria. The result of the research on the first condition is obtained classical completeness of 46.9% (15 students), in the first cycle of classical completeness of 68.8% (22 students), and in cycle II of classical completeness is obtained 84.4% (27 students ).
