Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatan keaktifan dan prestasi belajar Matematika materi operasi hitung bilangan bulat melalui penggunaan alat peraga gelang-gelang bagi peserta didik kelas V SD. Analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif komparatif. Hasil Penelitian adalah pada siklus I rata-rata nilai tes peserta didik mencapai 73, sedangkan pada siklus II nilai rata-rata peserta didik mencapai 85. Pada siklus I ketuntasan belajar secara klasikal mencapai 65% dan pada siklus II mencapai ketuntasan belajar secara klasikal sebesar 90%. Hasil belajar afektif peserta didik pada siklus I peserta didik secara klasikal yang mencapai ketuntasan ada 14 peserta didik (70%), sedangkan pada siklus II seluruh peserta didik telah mencapai ketuntasan dan dinyatakan tuntas 100%. Hasil belajar psikomotorik pada siklus I peserta didik secara klasikal yang mencapai ketuntasan 70% ada 14 peserta didik (70%) sedangkan pada siklus II seluruh peserta didik telah mencapai ketuntasan dan dinyatakan tuntas 100%. Hasil analisis kuesioner peserta didik menunjukkan adanya minat, ketertarikan dan tanggapan yang baik dari peserta didik. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari kenaikan prestasi setiap pertanyaan yang dijawab oleh peserta didik pada Siklus I dan Siklus II.

The purpose of this research is to increase activity and learning achievement Mathematics material of operation of integers count through the use of props of bracelets for students of class V SD. Data analysis in this research is comparative descriptive. The result of the research is on the first cycle of the average score of the students test reaches 73, whereas in the second cycle the average score of students reaches 85. In the first cycle of learning completeness classically reaches 65% and in cycle II reaches 90% %. Students' affective learning outcomes in the first cycle of students in a classical that reaches completeness there are 14 students (70%), whereas in cycle II all students have reached mastery and expressed 100% complete. The results of the questionnaire analysis of learners indicate the interest, interest and good responses. It can be seen from the increase achievement of each question answered by students in Cycle I and Cycle II.
