PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR MATEMATIKA MATERI BANGUN RUANG SISI LENGKUNG DENGAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PROBLEM BASED LEARNING (PBL) PADA SISWA KELAS IX E SMP NEGERI 1 MARGASARI SEMESTER GANJIL TAHUN PELAJARAN 2016/2017

Permasalahan dari penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar matematika pada materi bangun ruang sisi lengkung pada siswa kelas IX E SMP Negeri 1 Margasari semester ganjil tahun pelajaran 2016/2017. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika materi bangun ruang sisi lengkung melalui model PBL. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa tes dan dokumentasi. Analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif komparatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pada siklus I hasil pembelajaran meningkat dari kondisi awal sebesar 29% dengan 22 siswa yang tuntas belajar. Dengan adanya perubahan pada tindakan di siklus II, hasil belajar siswa pada siklus II meningkat dari 22 siswa yang tuntas KKM menjadi 33 siswa atau 31% peningkatan dari siklus I ke Siklus II. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran PBL dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika pada siswa IX E SMP Negeri 1 Margasari semester ganjil tahun pelajaran 2016/2017.

Abstract

The problem of this research is the low of mathematics learning result of the material ot column form to curved side in the students of class IX E of SMP Negeri 1 Margasari in odd year of academic year 2016/2017. The purpose of this study is to improve the learning reslut of mathematics at the materialof column form to curved side through model PBL. Technique of collecting data in the form of test and documentation. Data analysis in this research is comparative descriptive. Based on the results of research on the first cycle of learning results increased from the initial conditions of 29% with 22 students who complete learning. With the change in action in cycle II, student learning outcomes in cycle II increased from 22 students who completed KKM to 33 students or 31% improvement from cycle I to Cycle II. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that the use of PBL learning model can improve mathematics learning outcomes in students IX E SMP Negeri 1 Margasari odd semester of academic year 2016/2017.
